1. Adults only

Cedar is for adults aged 21 or over (or the legal age for tobacco-related content in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By using Cedar you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. What Cedar is

Cedar is a personal inventory and journaling tool for cigar collections. Cedar does not sell, advertise, or facilitate the purchase of tobacco products, and nothing in the product or its content is a recommendation to consume tobacco.

3. Your account and data

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Your collection data belongs to you: you may export it at any time and may request deletion of your account and all associated data.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Cedar to store unlawful content, attempt to access other users’ data, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Purchases

Pro subscriptions and lifetime purchases are billed through Apple. Manage or cancel them in your Apple account settings. Refunds follow Apple’s policies.

6. Disclaimers

Cedar is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep sync reliable, but you should keep exports of data you care about. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScalingWeb Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
